ATM-X Support, Aeronautics
Keenan Roach is a group lead on the NAMS Aeronautics team and is stationed at NASA’s North Texas Research Station (NTX). He has supported various NASA Aeronautics projects at NTX since 2006 including: the Center TRACON Automation System (CTAS), Precision Departure Release Capability (PDRC), Dynamic Weather Reroutes (DWR), the Airspace Technology Demonstration 2 (ATD-2), and the Digital Information Platform (DIP). His roles have included data analysis, industry partner liaison and trainer, managing the creation of outreach material, overseeing technical staff, drafting contract documents, and managing NASA grants. Keenan received BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, with a focus on automatic controls and air traffic management.
